- Connect a cable that matches the input source signal.
-
Condensation may form on the screen. It disappears after operating the product for a certain period of time.
-
The condensation that forms inside the product is a natural phenomenon, not a quality defect. (IPX6 is a standard
to protect the product from 100L of water per minute and not from infiltration of moisture in the air into the set.)
-
When connecting the panel and the Signage box, check their serial numbers and make sure they match. If the serial
numbers match, unplug the power cord and plug it in again to run the [Clear Panel Noise] feature. (The system will
reboot automatically after running the feature.)
Alternatively, the feature can be run from
Settings]
[Clear Panel Noise] menu.
The PC BIOS settings screen is not displayed normally.
-
Some PCs do not support non-standard aspect ratios when the graphics card driver has not been set up (e.g. in the
BIOS settings screen). This is not a product issue. It is related to the graphics card's aspect ratio design for the BIOS
settings screen. Connect to a monitor with a standard aspect ratio (4:3 or 16:9), and set up the PC BIOS before
using it.
The screen flickers or shakes.
- If you turn the monitor on when it is cold, the screen may flicker. This is normal.
- Make sure that the current resolution and frequency settings of the graphics card are supported by the monitor.
Stripes appear in the background.
- When using a D-Sub analogue signal, pressing the
appropriate screen for the currently set mode. If the adjustment is not satisfactory, adjust the display settings
manually in the OSD menu. (This may not be supported, depending on the model.)
Horizontal noise appears, or the characters look blurred.
- When using a D-Sub analogue signal, pressing the
appropriate screen for the currently set mode. If the adjustment is not satisfactory, adjust the display settings
manually in the OSD menu. (This may not be supported, depending on the model.)
The image is not displayed.
