[Launcher] adds a shortcut area for users in the functional area, enabling users to easily and efficiently launch
applications, files and web pages that are commonly used for educational purposes. Users can get started quickly by
dragging or sending frequently used applications, folders/files and web pages to [Launcher]. The desktop can also be
customised using various wallpapers.
