To remove and check the brush roller on a Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe vacuum:
1. Lay the vacuum down to access the roller brush underneath. 2. Inspect the brushroll for any debris buildup. 3. Use scissors to carefully cut away any hair, string, or carpet fibers wrapped around the brushroll. 4. If further inspection or replacement is needed, use a metal spudger to separate the wheel from the plastic body. 5. Remove screws with a screwdriver and use a plastic opening tool if necessary. 6. Once the brushroll is accessible, check for blockages and ensure the belt is intact.
Make sure the vacuum is powered off and unplugged before servicing.

Just got this to use in March. There is a loud odd noise coming out of it and it seems like it is throwing stuff( vacuuming grass clippings) in the entry way out of the vacuum
