Hardware Installation Instructions
To install the HBAs, follow these steps:
1.
Unpack the HBA and inspect if for damage. If it appears damaged, or if any of the following items are missing,
contact your place of purchase. The HBA is shipped with the following items:
A CD containing an electronic version of this User's Guide and other related documentation.
IBM Warranty Information
ATTENTION Make a backup of your data before changing your system configuration to avoid the risk of
data loss.
