    BELT-DRIVE WALK BEHIND MOWER Evaporative Emission Control Warranty Statement CALIFORNIA EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY STATEMENT YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The California Air Resources Board and Worldlawn Power Equipment is pleased to explain the evaporative emission control system's warranty on the 2019 model year lawn mower. In California, new equipment that use small off-road engines must be designed, built, and equipped to meet the State's stringent anti-smog standards.
