    Bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig auf. Verwenden Sie zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit ausschließlich ROHDE Ersatzteile! 1.2. Sicherheitshinweise Die ROHDE - Spritzkabine ist ein elektrisch betriebenes Gerät der Schutzklasse I nach DIN VDE, welches ausschließlich zum Bemalen von Keramik, Glas, Porzellan mit Glasuren verwendet werden darf.

    2. INBETRIEBNAHME 2.1. Anlieferung/ Spritzkabine auspacken Wird die ROHDE - Spritzkabine auf Palette mit Spedition geliefert, prüfen Sie die Sendung sofort bei der Anlieferung auf sichtbare Beschädigungen der Verpackung. Ist dies der Fall, packen Sie die Palette zusammen mit dem Fahrer aus und prüfen die Ware erneut auf Beschädigungen.

    2.4. Aufbau der Spritzkabine 2.4.1. Zubehör Kontrollieren Sie zunächst das mitgelieferte Zubehör (Bild 1)  4 Stück Metallbeine  8 Stück Flügelmuttern  8 Stück Federringe  8 Stück Beilagscheiben  8 Stück Schloßschrauben  1 Abflußstopfen Bild 1 2.4.2. Beine montieren Legen Sie den Korpus der Spritzkabine zur einfacheren Montage flach auf die Seite, achten Sie darauf dass alle Bohrungen zur Befestigung der Beine zugänglich sind.

    2.4.3. Abflußstopfen Zuletzt müssen Sie den Abflussstopfen in das dafür vorgesehene Abflussloch (Bild 4) montieren. Stecken Sie den Stopfen dazu leicht in das Loch (Bild 5) und drücken diesen anschließend fest hinein. Bild 4 Bild 5 Dieses Abflussloch zum Reinigen der Spritzkabine vorgesehen, dort kann die Spül- bzw. Reinigungsflüssigkeit ablaufen.

    ø Als optionales Zubehör bieten wir eine Anschlußreduzierung auf 150 mm für weiterführende Rohrleitungen. ACHTUNG: Trennen Sie vor Beginn der Montagearbeiten unbedingt den Netzstecker von Stromnetz! Entfernen Sie für die Montage das Schutzgitter des Absaugmotors. Schrauben Sie danach die Anschlussreduzierung auf den Absaugmotor. 3.

    3.2. Austausch des Filterschaums Heben Sie die Rückwand mit beiden Händen nach oben aus der Verankerung (Bild 9) und ziehen diese anschließend nach vorne weg. Automatisch wird die Rückwand aus der oberen Halterung (Bild 10) gezogen. Bild 9 Bild 10 Legen Sie die Rückwand flach ab (Bild 11) und Sie können den Filterschaum leicht demontieren.

    5. GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSBESTIMMUNGEN Wir garantieren einwandfreie Verarbeitung und Funktion der gelieferten Spritzkabine und gewähren 36 Monate Gewährleistung ab Rechnungsdatum. Ausgenommen von der Gewährleistung sind neben dem Filtermaterial (Verschleißteile) folgende Punkte:  Vom Kunden verursachte Beschädigungen (Verstopfter Motor, etc.).  Beschädigungen, die vom Kunden verursacht wurden, z.B. falsche, aggressive Reinigungsmittel.

Safety instructions for operation The safe operation of a ROHDE spray booth will only be possible by adhering to the following safety instructions: • For your own safety you should wear an appropriate respirator, as well as protective glasses in order to protect yourself against stone dust, etc.
  • Page 16 2. INITIAL OPERATION 2.1. Delivery / removal of packing material If the ROHDE Spray booth is delivered on pallet by a freight forwarding, please check the delivery immediately for damages. Should you find any damages on the packing, unpack the pallet together with the driver and check the product for any damages. Write down any damages found on the delivery note and do not forget to have the note countersigned by the driver.

  • Page 18 2.4.3. Drain plug Finally you have to install the drain plug in the provided drain hole (picture 4). For this purpose, please push the plug slightly into the hole (picture 5) and then press it in firmly. Picture 4 Picture 5 The purpose of the drain hole is to enable you to clean the spray booth.
  • Page 19 As an optional equipment we provide a connection reduction to ø 150mm for onward piping. CAUTION: Always disconnect the power plug from the mains before carrying out any assembly operations! Remove the safety guard of the suction motor for the assembly operation. Then screw the connection reduction onto the suction motor.

Livraison et déballage de la cabine de pulvérisation Si la cabine de pulvérisation ROHDE vous est livrée sur palette par une entreprise de transport, vérifiez immédiatement à la livraison si l'emballage présente des dommages apparents. Dans l'affirmative, déballez la palette avec le livreur et vérifiez à nouveau si la marchandise est endommagée.

  • Page 30 2.4.3. Bouchon de vidange Pour terminer, vous devez placer le bouchon de vidange dans le trou de vidange prévu à cet effet (photo 4). Pour ce faire, insérez légèrement le bouchon dans le trou (photo 5) puis enfoncez-le avec force dans le trou. Photo 4 Photo 5 Ce trou de vidange est prévu pour le nettoyage de la cabine de pulvérisation.

ATTENTION : Avant de commencer les travaux de montage, débranchez impérativement la fiche secteur du réseau électrique ! Retirez la grille de protection du moteur d'aspiration pour procéder au montage. Revissez ensuite le raccord réducteur sur le moteur d'aspiration.
