Note:
Factory reset will erase all the data including local documents, images, videos, applications, etc., and the data
cannot be recovered.
After you do the factory reset, you need to do the commercial activation for the mirroring dongle again. For
details, see 8 Troubleshooting.

System Update

Step 1 Select Settings to enter the menu screen. In the menu, choose System > System Update to enter the
system update screen.
Step 2 Insert the USB drive that contains the update package into the USB port on the Android card. (The update
package file name is "update_signed.zip" and the package must be placed in the root directory of the USB
drive.)
When the screen displays "There are update files in the root directory of the USB flash drive and update is

available", press the Local Update button.
The update process takes about 3–5 minutes. During the update process, do not power off the meeting board,
and do not disconnect the USB drive. (These operations are dangerous and may damage the meeting board.)
