The phone does not ring for an incoming call or text message
when
Incoming call alert
set to Off. See Tone settings on page 63.
The alarm clock is set to On. See Alarm clock on page 83.
When the (E)GPRS connection mode
and the (E)GPRS service is available, the indicator is shown on
the top left of the display. See (E)GPRS connection on page 68.
When the (E)GPRS connection is established, the indicator is
shown on the top left of the display. See (E)GPRS connection on

The (E)GPRS connection is suspended (on hold), for example if
there is an incoming or outgoing call during the (E)GPRS dial-up
connection.

■ Keypad lock (Keyguard)

You can lock the keypad to prevent the keys from being accidentally
pressed.

During a call, the phone can be operated normally. When you end or
reject the call, the keypad will automatically be locked. For
keyguard, see Phone settings on page 66.
When the keypad lock is on, calls still may be possible to the official emergency
number programmed into your device.
