Fire Hazard.
- If contents ignite, keep door closed and unplug oven. Allow contents to stop burning and cool.
- Do not leave unattended while in use.
- Read and understand all safety instructions and Important Safeguards before use.
- Always unplug countertop oven when not in use.
NOTE: Do not use Glass Window to add or remove food to Oven cavity. Food should only be added or removed from Oven when the Easy Reach® door is lifted.
Before first use: Most heating appliances produce an odor and/or smoke when used the first time. Plug Countertop Oven into an outlet. Turn Temperature Knob to 450°F (230°C). Heat at this temperature for 10 minutes. Odor should not be present after this initial preheating. Wash Air Frying Basket, Baking/Broiling Pan, and Oven Rack before using.
How to Air Fry
- Use Air Fry mode to crisp foods using little added oil.
- Rack position used to air fry depends on the size of the food to be cooked. Keep at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) between food and heating elements.
- Place larger food in middle or bottom rack position.
- Larger/thicker foods may need to be flipped, stirred, or rotated halfway during cooking.
- Air Fry mode cooks and browns evenly by circulating forced hot air which crisps food.
- Slice or cut fresh foods in uniform size pieces to ensure even cooking.
- Check food for doneness before recommended packaging cook time.
- For faster cooking, preheat Oven to reduce cooking time.
- Plug into outlet. Press Air Fry/Convection Switch.
- Arrange foods in a single, even layer and avoid overfilling the Air Frying Basket. Place Basket into Baking/Broiling Pan on Oven Rack. Adjust Oven Rack so food is at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) from heating element.
- Rotate Timer past 40 and let Countertop Oven preheat for 5 minutes before beginning to air fry. After Countertop Oven is preheated, set Timer to desired time by rotating Timer past 40 and then to desired air frying time; or rotate Timer to STAY ON while pressing in and holding the buttons on the side of the Knob.
- When finished, press Air Fry/Convection Switch to OFF
. - Unplug.
TIP: When cooking pizza, use bottom rack position with Air Fry/Convection switch on. Check for doneness before end of cooking cycle as thicker crust requires longer time than a thinner crust.

For cakes, casseroles, cookies and roasting meats, poultry or vegetables. Place Oven Rack in any rack position depending on size of food. For best results, preheat Countertop Oven for 5 minutes before adding food to be baked.
- Plug into outlet. Turn Temperature Knob to desired temperature.

How to Toast
Use for browning and toasting breads, bagels, and English muffins. Place food cut/split side facing up. This will toast cut/split side more than outside of food. Rack should be in top or middle position. Ensure Air Fry/ Convection Switch is OFF

- Select shade of browning by turning Toast Shade Knob past MEDIUM
to desired toast color. A bell will sound when toast cycle is complete. - Rotate Timer to OFF
to end cycle at any time. - Unplug.
TIPS:
- When toasting bread, place bread in middle rack position for even toasting on top and bottom.
