Assembly Instructions – BORA Worktable 1350/1650
The product is made of high-quality beech and spruce wood, which guarantees a long service life and utility
value.
WARNING: The product must not be subjected to direct long-term exposure to the action of water or high
humidity, which can cause the wood to expand (warp). NEVER LEAVE the product out in the rain!!!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Your workbench has NO TREATMENT. Before using the product for the first
time, we recommend treating all the wooden parts with suitable wood oil (linseed oil is best). The oil or
lacquer protects the wood and prevents the absorption of ambient moisture. Oil coating applications should be
repeated twice per year. To increase the rigidity of your workbench ensure that you glue the joints and bolt
the bench in possiton.
Wood is a natural product, check and tighten all screws and bolts every six monhts.
Notice: Manufacturing tolerance = +/- 2,00mm

  • Page 3 1. Legs assembly Warning: Be sure the holes on all legs have the same direction!!! Like you see on the picture. Glue Smear the dowels and the surfaces of the wooden parts with glue and insert them into the holes. This is very important for successful gluiing of legs Repeat the same on the 2nd legs (parts 6 + 10) Use 2 screws XY (G) to fix legs (part 5 + 6) to bench top support (part 10).
  • Page 4 2. Middle stretchers and shelf assembly Glue Smear the dowels and the surfaces of the wooden parts with glue and insert them into the holes.
  • Page 5 3. Installation of the carpenter’s vice Turn the table top (1) upside down. Before installing the carpenter’s vice, decide on its location (right/left). WARNING!!! The table top is now upside down. Fix the wooden jaw face (part 3) with 5x80 mm screws (I) in the pre-drilled holes. Unscrew the spindle (part 4) from the spindle body and use 6x30 mm screws (F1) to fix it to the bench top according to the pre-drilled holes.
  • Page 6 Fit the wooden jaw (part 2) on the spindle guide and rotate it onto the already installed spindle body. Fully tighten the wooden jaw (part 2) with the spindle and ensure that it is horizontal with the table top. After this, fix the wooden jaw with 6x40 mm screws (F2) to the spindle guide. 4.
