OUT NOTICE. WHEELCHAIR USER As a manufacturer of wheelchairs, Invacare endeavors to supply a wide variety of wheel- chairs to meet many needs of the end user. However, final selection of the type of wheel- chair to be used by an individual rests solely with the user and his/her health care profes- sional capable of making such a selection.
Set-up and performance adjustments of the Electronic Control Unit are to be performed ONLY by individu- als certified by Action by Invacare and also fully conversant with this process as well as the driver's capa- bilities. After the wheelchair has been set-up, check to make sure that the wheelchair performs to the speci- fications entered during the set-up procedure.

Action by Invacare DOES NOT recommend the use of its wheelchairs as a weight training apparatus. Action by Invacare wheelchairs have NOT been designed or tested as a seat for any kind of weight training. If occupant uses said wheelchair as a weight training apparatus, Action by Invacare shall NOT be liable for bodily injury and the warranty will be voided immediately.

Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) From Radio Wave sources Powered wheelchairs and motorized scooters (in this text, both will be referred to as powered wheelchairs) may be susceptible to electromagnetic interference (EMI), which is interfering elec- tromagnetic energy (EM) emitted from sources such as radio stations, TV stations, amateur radio (HAM) transmitters, two way radios, and cellular phones.

Following the warnings listed should reduce the chance of unintended brake release or powered wheelchair movement which could result in serious injury.

If the charger operates for sixteen (16) hours and is unable to fully charge the batteries, an internal timer turns the charger off and begins to fast blink the green light.

ADJUSTABLE QUAD RELEASE LEVER (FIGURE 20) Invacare's patented swingaway footrest and legrests are now provided with an adjustment screw and locknut to custom fit the snugness of the swingaway quad release lever to your pref- erence. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Invacare warrants the side frames and crossbraces to be free from defects in materials and work- manship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase; electronics, motors and gearboxes for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
