Note The AEM cannot be fitted with iS50 purge shutters, the IR beam polarizer, the ABX (automatic beamsplitter exchanger), or the built-in ATR Module. The Raman Module can only be used in the main spectrometer sample compartment and does not work with the Nicolet AEM. Some detectors that can be used with the Nicolet AEM must be cooled with liquid nitrogen before use.
