Do not load the roll paper into the sheet feeder for cut sheets.
8. Hold the paper in place with your hand for about three
seconds in order to load the paper correctly. The paper will
feed into the printer automatically.
Note:
If the roll paper is not feeding easily, flatten it. To flatten the roll
paper, place it printable side up between the pages of the instruction
booklet packaged with the roll paper, to protect it. Then, roll the
booklet in the opposite direction to the paper's curl.
9. Open the top printer cover and make sure that the paper is
feeding correctly. If it is not straight, eject and reload the
paper.
