RTU Character Timeout Entry Field
This sets the time the NGC-UIT3 waits after last character is received before it determines that the message has ended.
Range: 0–1000 milliseconds
Default: 25
Receive Message Timeout Entry Field
The received message timeout is used to extend the previously computed message timeout which is computed automatically by the
NGC-UIT3. This timeout is mainly used for extending message timeouts in modems etc.
Range: 0–1000 milliseconds
Default: 0
Transmit Delay Entry Field
This sets the time the NGC-UIT3 will wait after it receives a message before it replies.
Range: 0–5000 milliseconds
Default: 0
Baud Rate Entry List
Allows you to select the baud rate of the external communication port.
Selection: 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600
Default: 9600
Stop Bits
Allows you to select the number of stop bits used.
Range: 1–2
Default: 2
Parity
Allows you to select what type of parity will be used.
Selection: None, Odd, Even
Default: None
