Battery Charging Notice

It is important to consider the environment temperature when charging a lithium-ion
battery. Charging is more efficient in slightly cooler ambient or room temperatures.
For this device, we recommend charging the battery within the specified operating
temperature range between 0 °C / 32 °F and 45 °C / 113 °F. Charging batteries in
temperatures outside of this range may damage or shorten the battery life cycle.
2.2.2

Storage and Safety Notice

Although charged lithium-ion batteries can be left unused for several months, their
capacity may be depleted due to a buildup of internal resistance. If this happens, they
will require recharging prior to use.
Lithium-ion batteries may be stored at temperatures of between -20 °C / -4 °F and 60
°C / 140 °F. However, at the upper end of this range, they may deplete more rapidly.
We recommend storing batteries within the standard ambient room temperature
range.
