Capture the cartridge serial number using the following command:

Capture the cartridge product ID using the following command:

If the failed cartridge is powered on, then power down the failed cartridge using the following

command:
SET NODE POWER OFF FORCE C<x>N<y>
For multinode cartridges, use the command:
SET NODE POWER OFF FORCE C<x>N<1-4>
Power down the node

Extend the chassis from the rack (on page 10).

Remove the access panel (on page 11).
