OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Soil level
LEVEL DETAILS
Extra Light
For very lightly soiled clothes. Reduces the washing time.
Light
For lightly soiled clothes. Reduces the washing time.
Medium For normally soiled clothes. This is the default setting.
Heavy For heavily soiled clothes. Increases washing time to remove heavy soil.
Extra Heavy For extra heavily soiled clothes. Increases washing time to remove extra
heavy soil.

Notes:
• Follow the fabric manufacturer's care label when selecting the wash temperature.
• In order to protect some fabrics, not all wash temperatures are available for certain
wash cycles.
TEMP DETAILS
Tap Cold Tap water with no hot water added.
Cold Cold water. Pre-wash rinse water is always cold.
Warm Normally soiled items (including synthetic and wool).
Hot Moderately soiled, cotton, and synthetic items, such as shirts, bedding,
towels, and pure white items (like underwear).
Extra Hot Seriously soiled pure white cotton or flax (like table cloths, towels, or
bed sheets).

Spin speed

Notes:
• Follow the fabric manufacturer's care label when selecting the spin speed.
• In order to protect some fabrics, not all spin speeds are available for certain wash
cycles, such as Delicates.
• Higher spin speeds remove more water from your clothes and will help reduce
drying time, but may also increase wrinkles on some fabrics.
SPEED
No spin No spin, for items requiring flat drying, such as sweaters and knits.
Low Low spin speed removes less water from the clothes, but avoids setting
wrinkles.
Medium Moderate spin speed for normal fabrics.
High Removes more water from fabrics. Use with durable fabrics where
wrinkles are not an issue.
Extra High Removes the most water from fabrics. Reduces drying time.
