Wash cycles and settings
CYCLE
DETAILS
Normal*
For lightly to heavily soiled colorfast cottons, household linens, work,
and play clothes.
Bulky*
For large items such as comforters, blankets, small rugs, and similar
bulky items.
Heavy Duty* For large and heavy fabrics, such as overcoats, jeans, and sweatshirts.
Whites*
For lightly to heavily soiled white laundry, work, and play clothes.
Sanitize*
For increased water temperature which will sanitize and kill more than
99.9% of common bacteria found in home laundry. For best results,
select the extra heavy soil setting when using this cycle.
Towels*
For items such as towels, sheets, pillowcases, and dish rags.
Quick Wash For small loads of lightly soiled items needed quickly. Cycle time is
approximately 25 minutes, depending on selected options.
Active Wear Designed for care of medium to lightly soiled active wear, athletic wear,
and technical fabrics.
Self Clean
Cleans the washer of residue and odor. Do this at least once per month.
Note: Never load laundry while using this setting. The laundry may become damaged.
Rinse & Spin To quickly rinse and spin items not requiring a full wash cycle.
Delicates
For delicate, washable textiles, such as items made of silk, satin,
synthetic fibers, or blended fabrics.
Perm Press
Moderate strength washing. For no-iron fabrics like casual business
attire, shirts, and blouses.
* Cycles with Steam option available.
