QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE - USE
Calypso
Transfer from bed

Apply the brakes on the bed, if
applicable.

Apply brakes on all castors.

Fold down the bedrail.Turn the
patient onto their side, away from
Calypso lift and hygiene chair.

Turn the patient on their back.
Sit the patient upright, manually or
by raising the head end of the bed.
