5.5. Troubleshooting Tips
1.
No pumping sound, fault could be on:
Pump 
a)
check by apply AC voltage directly
Power PCBA 
b)
Connection 
c)
2.
Iron LED does not light up as specified, fault could be on:
Iron LED or hose cord wiring 
a)
across 9010 female side blue wire and iron Neutral to check diode characteristics
Power PCBA 
b)
3.
Other LEDs do not light up as specified, fault should be on PCBA
1. LEDs do not light up as specified, fault could be on button pressed
1. Boiler te perature se si g ir uit error, fault ould e o :
Thermistor 
a)
Power PCBA 
b)
Connection 
c)
1. Iron temperature sensing circuit error, fault could be on:
Thermistor 
a)
Power PCBA 
b)
Connection 
c)
1. E-valve does not open when steam trigger is pressed:
-
If iron LED still keeps blinking, trigger press is not detected, fault could be on:
Trigger mechanism or hose cord connection 
a)
and measure continuity across the black wire and iron Neutral, it should be short circuit when
trigger is pressed, and open circuit when trigger is released
Power PCBA 
b)
-
If iron LED becomes steady on when press steam trigger, and system shows completed Self-Check mode
successfully after release the trigger 
1. Power meter does not show 2000 ~ 2400 W when both heaters turn on:
Fuse or heating element Open Circuit 
a)
Power PCBA 
b)
Determine which heater has issue based on power meter reading:
Boiler power: 1200 - 1500 W; Iron power: 750 - 850 W
check by driving a known good pump
check wire continuity
disconnect connector 9010 from Power PCBA and measure
check by test another board
check the resistance, should be around 200+ kΩ)
check by test another board
check wire continuity
check the resistance, should be around 200+ kΩ)
check by test another board
check wire continuity, especially hose cord
check by test another board
check E-valve related parts and Power PCBA
check resistance between Live and Neutral signal
