If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. -

Safety and Warranty Within the warranty period, contact Omcan Inc. at 1-800-465-0234 to schedule a drop off to either an Omcan authorized service depot in the area, or to an Omcan Service warehouse to repair the equipment. Unauthorized maintenance will void the warranty. Warranty covers electrical and part failures, not improper use. -

Operation BEFORE OPERATION 1. The power supply must be safely grounded, and the machine connection parts shall only be changed by qualified individuals. 2. Check whether all parts are installed properly. Maintenance MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING 1. Before cleaning the product, the unit must be switched off, ensure to unplug the machine from the power source, always wait until the machine stops completely. 2. Clean the unit immediately after use. 3. The outer main body can be wiped with a damp cloth, do not wash the machine with water directly, remove the parts that come into contact with the oranges and wash thoroughly. - Page 9 Maintenance - Remove the two groups of concave and convex balls (each group of the concave and convex balls need to be removed at the same time). - After the cleaning of the unit is completed, re-install each part by following the previous instructions in the reverse order.
