WARNING
Risk of pump head bursting due to ex-
cessive pressure increase

Do not exceed the maximum per-
missible operating pressure (see 6
Technical data [} 20]).

Monitor the pressure during opera-
tion.
à
If the pressure exceeds the maxi-
mum permissible operating pres-
sure of the pump: immediately
switch off the pump and remedy
the fault (see Chapter Trou-
bleshooting).
à
Only throttle or regulate the air or
gas quantity on the suction line to
prevent the maximum permissible
operating pressure from being ex-
ceeded.
à
If the air quantity or gas quantity on
the pressure line is throttled or reg-
ulated, make sure that the maxi-
mum permissible operating pres-
sure at the pump is not exceeded.
à
Ensure that the pump outlet is not
closed or restricted.
