Installation of Flush Valve

Turn the flush valve
body anti-clockwise to
part it from the flush
valve seat
Overflow Tube
Install flush valve seat
and seal as shown
Insert flush valve body
into flush valve seat,
turn it clockwise until
you hear a "click"

CLOSE COUPLED PAN FITTING INSTRUCTIONS (4.5/2.8L FLUSH)
This product must be installed by a qualified fitter or plumber in accordance with and meet the requirements of the Water Supply (Water Fittings)
Regulations 1999 and Scottish Byelaws 2004

Installation of Fill Valve

Flush out all impurities in the cistern
prior to installation.
Flush valve body
Install the fill valve to the tank body
using the rubber seal and plastic
nut. Ensure the float cup has room to
move up and down freely. The fill
valve is pre-set to a height suitable
Flush valve seat for the cistern tank for 4.5L Full Flush
Operation.

Fill Valve Adjustment

The fill valve is factory set but if adjustment is required follow the
instructions below. Refer to the water level diagram overleaf.
Open the stopper to allow the float to slide
Rubber Seal up and down. Close the stopper once float is
in position. Note that the C/L Line must
always be a minimum of 28mm above the
Cistern tank
overflow tube on the flush valve.

Fine Adjustment

Turn screw for fine adjustment of float
height. Anticlockwise to lower float.
Clockwise to heighten float.

Flush Valve Adjustment

The flush valve is factory set for 4.5/2.8L flush operation but if adjustment is
required for 6L operation, see diagram below.
