Add the ingredients for the first step

of cooking. Do not exceed the MAX
FILL line.
Press (temperature) and use the

dial to set the desired cooking
temperature.
Once cooking time is set, you will be

prompted to select your speed. Use
the dial to select the desired speed.

Close and latch the lid, and engage
the locking lever. If the lid is not

latched, LID UNLOCKED will show in
the display when the speed lever or
Pulse button is activated.
Once temperature is set, the time

will display. Use the dial to set the
desired cooking time.
Press (start). The temperature
and time will stop flashing and the
8
time will begin counting down.
Preheating will appear in the display
until the set temperature is reached.
