1.0 Touch Panel general
1.1 Touch Panel installation
The touch panel is mounted either on a flash back or wall mounted IEC60670-1 pattress box. The
electrical connection should be done in the following way:
Power off the DanX 1/2/3 unit at the main power switch. Connect the 4 terminals of the touch panel
to the 4 terminals of the DanX HP or XD in the following way:
The Modbus cable to be used is a shielded twisted pair like a telephone type with a maximum length
of 1000 m. The power supply should be a normal 0,5 mm
Power on the DanX, wait for about 30 seconds and the following display will show up on the screen:
If the values for temperature and humidity are 0 then check on the backside of the touch screen if
the Modbus signal is connected correctly.

If there is no communication check if the cables are connected to the correct terminals in the DanX
unit.
