OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check the massager is secure and safe to use.
2. Insert the power plug into a proper wall outlet.
3. Press ON/OFF button to start operate with automatic heating function.
4. Press ON/OFF button again to switch off the heating function. Press again to switch
on the heating function.
5. Hold the ON/OFF button about 3 seconds to switch off the massager.
6. Switch off power and remove power plug from wall outlet.
7. The appliance may be operated for 15 minutes, before a pause of 20 minutes
is recommended.

The following users must not use the appliance or should consult their doctor before use:
• Anyone undergoing medical treatment or feeling unfit, suffering from hypertension,
heart diseases, brain diseases or thrombosis, malignant tumors, pregnant, suffering
from osteoporosis, with implanted pacemaker or other medical device.
