Cleaning the Drain Pump Filter
The drain pump filter collects threads and small objects left in the laundry.
Check regularly that the filter is clean to ensure smooth running of your machine.
WARNING :
Be careful when draining if the water is hot. Allow the water to cool down before
cleaning the drain pump filter. Risk of scalding !
Press the tab on the cover to
open the cover.
Insert the water filter back in the
appliance by turning it clockwise.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems
The washing machine will
not start.
Detergent remains in the
drawer after the program is
complete.
Close the cover until a click is heard.
Possible Cause
The door is not properly closed.
Poor connection to the power
supply.
Power failure
Machine has not been switched
on.
The detergent is not a low suds
type.
Excessive use of detergent

Place a low and wide container under
the water filter.
Slowly turn the filter anticlockwise until
all the water has come out.
Once the container is full, close
the water filter by turning it
clockwise. Empty the container.
Repeat the procedure until all the
water has been drained.
Remove the water filter and clean it
under running water with a soft brush.
Possible Solutions
Close the door properly.
Check connection to the power
supply.
Check the power supply.
Switch the machine on.
Check if the detergent is
appropriate.
Reduce amount of detergent in
the detergent drawer.
