Primary SDLA Control Lever

The primary SDLA control lever* controls the rais-
ing and lowering of the power bucket. Pull the
control lever to the left to raise the power bucket.
Push the control lever to the right to lower the
power bucket. To place the bucket in float, push
the control lever to the right until the float detent
locks the control lever in place.

Secondary SDLA Control Lever

The secondary SDLA control lever* controls the
rotation of the bucket. Pull the control lever to
the left to roll the bucket back for carrying mate-
rial. Push the control lever to the right to tip the
bucket forward and dump the load of material.

Dual Front Hydraulic Auxiliary Switch

The optional dual front hydraulic auxiliary
switch^ is used to select the function of the
secondary SDLA control lever when the power
bucket is equipped with an optional grapple kit.
The secondary SDLA control lever controls the
normal bucket functions until the dual front hy-
draulic auxiliary switch is depressed.
Press the dual front hydraulic auxiliary switch
and push the secondary SDLA control lever to
the right to open the grapple jaws. Press the
dual front hydraulic auxiliary switch and pull the
secondary SDLA control lever to the left to close
the grapple jaws. Release the button to return to
normal operation.
*Refer to power unit operator's manual for operation of power unit controls.
^The dual front hydraulic auxiliary switch is required to operate a power
bucket that is equipped with an optional grapple kit.
