Soil condition The soil condition in the area of the lift has to be controlled and checked carefully. The lift must be installed on a flat concrete floor with a thickness of minimum 200 mm and a capacity load of minimum 250kg/ cm² (reinforced concrete B25). If the soil does not comply with the requirements, then a corresponding foundation has to be made.
Installatioin of hydraulic hoses The hydraulic hoses are to be installed as described in the following respectively shown in the drawing between aggregate, junction and cylinder. Keep hoses and screwings clean and without dirt. Installation of pneumatic hoses The hydraulic hoses are to be installed as described in the following respectively shown in the drawings.
The compressed-air supply (not in scope of delivery) will be connected to the electro- magnetic controlled pneumatic valve on the control panel (picture 1) From here will be distributed over the pneumatic cylinders of the unlocking device (picture 2 ) by means of the enclosed hoses and T-pieces.
3.7 Preparations for installation 3.7.1 Make sure by visual control that all electric hoses as well as hydraulic and pneumatic hoses are connected. 3.7.2 Fill in the tank of the hydraulic aggregate with oil until the indicated marking on the dipstick (when the lift is in the basic position).

Completion Initial operation After the electrical and pneumatic connections are made and checked as well as the oil- level in the tank is controlled again, the initial operation can be started. For this disconnect the light barrier with the key-switch. - Turn the switch to main lift.
The scissors lifts SH3500FA and SH3500FA2 are admitted for the lifting of passenger cars and vans with a max. weight of 3500 kg. It consists of the following components:...
Lifting The lift must be in the lowest position. Now the vehicle can be driven on. After the lifting the drive-on plates click downwards, this guarantees the security against rolling. For using the free lift the rubber pads will be placed and adjusted according to the instructions of the vehicle´s producer.
