Assembly and Installation

Attaching and installing the
light
IMPORTANT: Do not install the light within 10 ft.
(3 m) of a pool, spa, or fountain.
□
Attach the light (A) to the top post (B) by
twisting the light (A) clockwise into the top
post (B).
□
Attach the top post (B) to the bottom post (C)
by twisting the top post (B) in a clockwise
direction.
□
Attach the stake (E) to the bottom post (C) by
twisting the stake (E) in a clockwise direction
into the bottom post (C).
□
Push the stake assembly into the ground while
grasping the post. Do not push on the light.
NOTE: Do not use hammer or mallet. If the
ground is hard, use water to soften or a trowel
to loosen the soil.

Connecting the wires
IMPORTANT: Protect the wiring by routing it in
close proximity to the light, fitting, or next to a
building structure such as a house or a deck.
IMPORTANT: Do not bury the wiring by more
than 6 in. (152mm) in order to connect to the
main secondary wire.
CAUTION: The wire from the low voltage power
unit shall be 14-18AWG type underground Low
Energy Circuit Cable.
CAUTION: Do not submerge in water. The
product can be damaged.

Mount the wire connector (D) to the lead wire
from a transformer (not included) by twist-
ing the top of the wire connector (D) off in a
counterclockwise direction and connecting the
transformer's lead wire..
□
Twist the top of the wire connector (D) back on
in a clockwise direction. Repeat this step for
each light assembly.
