General Information
If you suspect a bad calibration, or if your VNA does not pass the
performance verification, follow the steps as shown in
Figure 5-1 on
page
5-3.

Returning a Kit or Device to HP

If your calibration kit or device requires service, contact the
Hewlett-Packard office nearest you for information about where to send
it.
If you are returning the product to Hewlett-Packard for service, please
include the following information (attached to the product if possible):
• Your company name and address
• A technical contact person's name
• A telephone number and extension
• The model number of the kit/product
• The serial number of the kit/product
• Your purchase order number
• The current date
• Any accessories (any as adapters)
• The type of service required
• A specific description of problem(s)
• Any other applicable information
