Remove the polystyrene spacer (fi g. 8).
Carefully move the machine until it is close to the connection points.
WHEN FITTED, use the machine's manoeuvring wheel to help with the positioning.
To use the wheel, move the lever located on the bottom right over to the left.
Once the machine has been moved, return the lever to its original position (Fig.9).
In order for the machine to operate correctly it must fi rst be levelled. This can be
done by adjusting the screw-in feet (Fig.10) on the base of the appliance (2 feet for
machines with rear wheels, 4 feet for machines without wheels).
Once the machine has been levelled, lock the feet in position by tightening the nut
on the base of the machine using a spanner.
CONNECTING TO THE POWER SUPPLY
Check that the voltage indicated on the technical data plate on the back of the
washing machine is the same as that of the mains power supply. (fi g. 11).
The fuses, electric cables and wall socket must be rated to withstand the maxi-

On completion of the installation, the appliance must be connected to the mains
supply through a two-pole switch.
The power supply socket into which the washing machine will be plugged must
be earthed. Otherwise, the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any
accidents (fi g. 12).
If the socket to which the machine will be connected is faulty or does not comply
