    1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1.1 INSTRUCTIONS  Read the instructions carefully. Be familiar with the controls and proper use of the equipment.  Never allow children to use this mower. If the mower is given to another people, also give this manual. Also make sure that this person uses this device only after receiving the necessary instructions.

  • Page 11 4.2 REAR WHEELS ASSEMBLY Take the rear part of the wheel and place it on the pins located on the rear of the machine (fig.1&2). Take out the frame of the wheel (fig.3). place the wheel on the pin, then add the washer, the knob and screw it (fig.5&6).
  • Page 13 4.3 HANDLE Place one lower bar on each side of the machine. Add a screw and a knob to secure the bars. Place the upper handle on the bars. Add the knob and the screw. Close the knob and tighten the screw to fix the handle.
  • Page 14 4.4 CUTTING HEIGHT AJUSTMENT Raise wheels for low cut and lower wheels for deepcut, adjust cutting height to suit your requirements. Medium position is best for most lawns, 6 positions (25-75mm height) can be selected. 1) Adjust the front wheel position in 1-6 holes (25-35-45-55-65-75mm) with different height. 2) Adjust the rear wheel position 1-6 position (25-35-45-55-65-75mm) to keep same height as front wheel.

    5. FILLING FUEL TANK WARNING! Gasoline is extremely flammable. Store fuel in specially designed cans for this purpose. Fill the fuel tank only outdoors and before starting the engine. Do not smoke when filling the fuel tank or handling fuel. Never open the fuel tank cap and never add fuel while the engine is running or when it is hot.

    6. OPERATION 6.1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS a) Always use the lawnmower with the grass catcher or/ and the deflector in position. b) Stop the engine before emptying the grass catcher or before you change the cutting height. c) While the engine is running, never introduce your hands or feet under the lawnmower or under the grass ejection area.
  • Page 17 Pull the starter rope until the engine starts. B. HOT-STARTING THE ENGINE Push the primer bulb 3 times. Pull the brake lever until it touches the upper handle. Pull the starter rope until the engine starts. C. STOP THE ENGINE Release the brake lever.

    7. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE Before working on the cutting system of the machine, switch off the engine and remove the spark plug’s cap. WARNING - Improper maintenance, use of nonconforming replacement components, or the removal or modification of safety components can cause accidents and the deterioration of the tool. a.
  • Page 19 To remove the blade, loosen the screw, check the blade bracket, and replace all parts if they are worn or damaged. When reassembling the blade, make sure that the cutting edges are in the same direction as the direction of rotation of the motor. The tightening torque of the blade screw should be 3.7 kg * m / s 2 (37 Nm) and can be checked with a torque wrench.
  • Page 20 Sharpening the blade For best mowing results, have the edges sharpened and the blade balanced at least once a year by a specialist service dealer or agent. Spark plug Check the spark plug initially after the first five hours of mower use. Thereafter, maintenance of the spark plug should take place every 25 hours.

    9. WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.
