ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER
USER MANUAL
Please do read the manual before using the
product
FEATURES:
Our multifunction pressure cookers are a new
kind of cookers with the latest technology, and
a substitution of pressure cookers, rice cookers,
and stew-pots, combining their advantages.
Besides, this kind of cookers should be the first
choice for modern families, for its temperature
and pressure is controlled automatically by
computer, and it enjoys so many characteristics
as advanced structure, fashionable design,
reliable safety, multifunctional options,easy
operation, energy saving, and nutrient keeping.

7. Reliable safety protection devices as follows:
a. safety setting for the lid opening and closing
– it can make sure that there is no pressure
save inside if the lid does not lock up the
thermal insulator, while, they will get locked
when there is pressure inside.
b. pressure control setting – it can
automatically cut off the power supply and
transfer to pressure keeping process when
pressure inside reaches the design one.
c. pressure limit security setting – it can
limit the pressure by releasing the steam
once the pressure inside exceeds the
maximum working pressure because of the
temperature and pressure control out of
work.
d. Blocking proof for pressure limit setting – it
can prevent food from blocking the release
valve needle.
e. Safety pressure release setting – it can
avoid explosion by releasing automatically
from around the lid once the pressure
limit security setting is out of work and the
inside pressure reaches up to the maximum
working pressure.
f. Temperature limit protection setting – it can
automatically stop heating once the empty
inner pot is heated or the cooker is heated
without inner pot and the temperature up to
the design one.
g. Safety over-temperature setting – it can
automatically cut off the power supply when
the temperature inside goes up to the limited
one.
h. Close lid anti-explosion patent safety setting
– it can make sure the cooker save pressure
inside only when the lid is locked to the
correct position, or else, the cooker is heat
only, can not save pressure.

SPECIAL ATTENTION:

1. Functions selecting and pressure-
keeping time setting.
For example, it is RICE when power is on.
If you would like POTTAGE, please press
POTTAGE, and its indicator light blinks
after 8 blinks,it turns to work automatic, and
the indicator light of POTTAGE and that of
PRESSURE KEEPING TIME stay on.
NOTE: the time displayed on the screen only
means the pressure-keeping time, no include
the heating time(this time depend on how many
food and what kind of the food you cook), so the
complete cooking time will be a little longer than
the displayed time.
2. When Using
(1) Do put the pressure limit valve to Seal
before using it.
(2) Never touch the lid when it is working, for it
is very hot.
(3) Selecting the function, and wait 8 blinks, it
turns to work automatically.
(4) Do not put your hands over Release to avoid
getting burnt when it is releasing.
(5) Please put the cooker beyond children's
reach.
(6) Never connect with the power supply before
locking the lid.
(7) Nothing should be on the pressure limit
valve.

GUIDE TO OPERATION

1. Open the lid. Hold the handle, turning in
clockwise direction to the limited side, and
open it. (Illustration 2&3)
2. Put the food and water in the inner pot. The
food and water should not be more than 4/5
of the total, the easy-expanding food not
more than 3/5, while, the food and water
should not be less than 1/5. (Illustration 4, 5
& 6)
3. Attach the inner pot inside the thermal
insulator. First, clean the outer of the inner
pot, the surface of the heater and the inside
of the thermal insulator; then attach the inner
pot inside the thermal insulator, and make
sure they have good connection.

4. Close the lid.
Install the seal ring to the lid.
Turn the seal ring left and right to make it a
good position.
Hold the handle and put it in the limited area,
turning in contra-clockwise direction to lock
up the lid. (Illustration 8&9)
5. Install the pressure limit valve, and make
sure that the float is down
(It must be down before working.).
6. Power on, the display shows:
Default option: choose Rice function. After
8 blinks, it turns to work automatic, and the
pressure-keeping time shows on the display
screen.
PRESET SETTING KEY-PRESS
Press PRESET SETTING button, the
pertinent preset time shows on the display
and its indicator light blinks. and then
press "+/-" to increase or decrease. At the
beginning, each pressing adds or decreases
by 0.5 hour. When the preset time goes
more than 10 hours, each pressing adds or
decreases by 1 hour. The maximum of the
preset time should be 24 hours.
Time preset finished, and options function
selected or pressure-keeping set for
cooking, and then wait 8 blinks, the cooker
will turn to countdown process, and then
start to cook automatic after the preset time
countdown finished.
PRESSURE KEEPING SETTING KEY-PRESS
Press PRESSURE KEEPING SETTING and
then press "+/-" to increase or decrease,
press each time, the pertinent pressure-
keeping time increases or decrease by
1mins. The maximum of the pressure-
keeping time is 99mins.
Finishing pressure time setting, wait 8 blinks,
it will turns to work automatic.
When the pressure inside reaches the
design one, the pressure-keeping time
decreases by 1min.
Rice function have three choice aim at
different cup capacity.
"+/-"function, no matter you choose default
cooking function or preset function or
pressure-keeping function, you also can
press"+/-" for increase or decrease the time
freely.
Press WARM/CANCEL, it will cancel
function selecting.
When it is working, touch WARM/CANCEL
to stop working.
Any function can automatically transfer to
warm keeping after its Working finished. And
the maximum of the warm-keeping time is
24 hours.
Unplug in.
Hold the handle of the lid, turning in
clockwise direction to the limited side, and
open it. (Illustration 2&3) The food is serving.
When sticky food cooked, the pressure
limit valve should not be raised before
the indicator light of warm keeping stops
blinking and the float falls down.
Otherwise, the food will go out from the
release valve needle.
In general, we suggest you wait for the
pressure releasing by itself, but this process
will take some time. If you want to accelerate
cooling, you can cut off the power, and
cover the lid with a wet towel. If you want
to release the pressure by yourself, you`d
better to release the steam when the
indicator light of warm keeping stays on,
it indicates the pressure inside is going
low. Meanwhile you also should be careful
because there is maybe steam goes out.
