After installation, check the following items. In the case of abnormality, refer to the actions to be taken
for each part.

Is water coming out of the
main spout?

drain hose when alkaline ion
water has passed through the

Is any water leaking
from where the bypass
selector is connected?

Checks after installation
Trouble inspection location and remedial action
 Is the water supply hose bent or fl attened.
→ If it is, straighten it out.
 Is the drain hose bent or fl attened?
→ If it is, straighten them out.
When water coming out from the drain

hose interrupts halfway, increase the height
diff erence between the tip of the main spout
and the tip of the drain hose.
 Has the bypass selector been installed securely
on the faucet?
→ Check again the instructions for "Attaching the
Bypass Selector", and install it securely.
 Have the parts inside the bypass selector been
inserted properly?
→ If not, install them properly.
Are there any cracks at the end of the faucet (in

the insulating cap, for instance)?
→ Consult a plumber.
 Has the water supply hose been fi xed with the
hose fi xing band?
