Before Requesting a Repair Service

First, check P. EN38 to P. EN40.
If the problem is not solved after the following contents are checked
Disconnect the power plug, and contact the dealer where you purchased the product.
 Disconnecting the power plug once and inserting it again after approx. fi ve seconds may restore the product to
the normal state.
Problem
The power turned off
suddenly. Nothing is
displayed.

 To save energy, the display automatically turns off when the
product is not used.
 Is the power plug disconnected?
 When water is fl owed immediately after installation or cartridge replacement,
is displayed, and the countdown is displayed for approx. 20 seconds.
(P. EN19, EN30)
→ Keep running the water for 3 or 4 minutes.
(The air inside the cartridge is being expelled. )
The electrodes are being automatically cleaned. (P. EN31)

→ Use the product after waiting for the display to disappear
(approx. 10 seconds).
 In the case of Alkaline 4, weak acidic or acidic water, when water
fl ow is stopped, the type of water used previously (Alkaline level 1
to 3) is restored. (P. EN27)
 Is the "Alkaline priority" mode selected? (P. EN32)
 Is the amount of water fl ow too small? (less than approx. 1.0 liter/min)
• The fl ow volume may have decreased due to change in water pressure.
• Flow more water.
 Have you forgotten to reset the cartridge life? (P. EN30)
 Reduce the degree of opening of the faucet. (P. EN27)
 Did you select alkaline ion water? (P. EN26)
 Some type of tap water may not become alkaline. (due to eff ect of carbonic acid within water)
→ Make adjustment according to the table on P. EN23.
 Is the drain hose bent or fl attened? (Electrolysis will not be performed properly)
 If the pH level of weak acidic water is 6.5 or so, it may not be possible to
distinguish it from the pH 7 level (neutral) in the pH Chart.
→ Measure the pH level of water coming out from the drain hose while using weak acidic water, and
confi rm the level is pH 10 to 11. (If this is the case, the level of weak acidic water is approx. pH 6.5.)
