instruction manual, included with your automatic
lubrication system, before checking or repairing the
injectors.
Cause
Pressure setting is too low
Blocked line
Cartridge injector is seized
Pressure setting is too low
Cartridge injector is seized
Failed dynamic seals in cartridge
injector
Output spacer is too large
Cartridge fluid bypass due to worn
out seals
Solution
Increase the pump pressure
Clear the line blockage
Replace the cartridge injector
Increase the pump pressure

Replace the output spacer with a
smaller output size
