8. Install the injectors on a flat, hard surface. The
injectors can be installed in a variety of ways:
mounting brackets, weld studs, and tapped holes
are a few examples.
9. Purge the main fluid supply line of air and
contaminants: run the pump until clean lubricant is
dispensed from the end of each main line.
10. Connect the main fluid supply line to the manifold
(F . 3).

11. Run the system to verify that all of the injectors
cycle and dispense grease.
NOTE: When the system pressure is high enough to
activate the injectors, the minimum travel groove is
shown during the lube cycle (F

NOTE: It may take several lube cycles to purge the air
from the injectors and for grease to start dispensing.
12. Connect the lube point feed lines to the manifold
(F . 3).Purge the lube point feed lines of air and

contaminants: pump grease through the zerk and
cap fittings connected to each injector fluid outlet
until clean lubricant is dispensed at the end of each
lube point feed line.
13. Attach the lube point feed lines to the lubrication
points.
