Cleaning of the camera head
Hold the rigid end above the swiveling part of the camera cable (please do NOT hold at the swiveling part !) and
wipe off the dirt or moisture at the camera lens with a soft, damp cloth or with a damp cotton bud. The best cleaning
result you will achieve with commercial pure ethanol.

Cleaning of the main unit
Clean the main unit with a soft, slightly moistened cloth and then finish with a dry cloth.
Storage
Store the device only in the provided transport case and at a dry well ventilated place at normal room temperature and
normal humidity. The storage temperature should not exceed 60° C and not be below -20° C. Bring the camera head in
a straight position before storage.

no image on screen after switching on the main unit
no image but only letterings on screen after switching
on the device
photos or videos are not possible
the whole device or some functions fail
possible solution
Battery is weak or empty. Use the supplied power
supply cable and charge the battery.
Make sure that the control unit (camera cable) is
correctly connected to the main unit (see Installation
page 5)
Check if the memory card is inserted correctly and
ensure that sufficient space is left on the memory card.
Insert a straightened paper clip or any similar (but no
sharp objects like needles) into the small hole
'Reset' between the connection sockets at the right
side of the main to reset and restart the system.
