Remote Control
The VCR's remote control can control functions on the brands
of DBS (Direct Broadcast Satellite) receiver listed below.
TURN ON THE DBS

Turn the power on using the DBS receiver's remote

While holding down CABLE/SAT on the VCR's remote
control, use the NUMBER keys to enter the DBS
receiver brand number from the chart in the left column
and then press STOP.
Follow the example shown below.
Check if the DBS receiver's power goes off as it should.

this remote control is applicable only to one of those codes
preset at the factory.
● It's not possible to set the remote control for both your DBS
receiver and a cable box at the same time. You can only set
the remote control to operate one of these units at a time.
● You have to subscribe to a DBS service to receive DBS
channels.
