gases to ignite explosively. Do not work in explosive atmospheres. Check the
surroundings before starting work. Do not work on fuels or gas containers or in their
vicinity, even if they are empty.
WARNING: Fire hazard! The heat can reach combustible materials concealed
behind cladding, in ceilings, floors or hollow spaces, and ignite them. Inspect the
work area before starting work and, if in doubt, do not use the hot air blower. Do not
point the device at the same place for a longer period of time.
WARNING: Fire hazard! When processing plastic varnish or similar materials,
gases are produced which are highly flammable and can lead to explosions. Be
prepared for the occurrence of flames and have suitable fire extinguishers at hand.

materials, gases are produced which may be aggressive or toxic. Avoid inhaling
vapours, even if they seem harmless. Always ensure that the working area is well
ventilated or wear a respirator.
WARNING: Danger of injury! The hot air jet can injure persons or animals.
Touching the hot tube of the heating element or the nozzle will cause skin burns.
Keep children and other persons away from the device. Do not touch the heating
element tube or the nozzle when they are hot. Do not use the unit as a hairdryer.
It generates much more heat than a hairdryer. Do not use the appliance to heat up
liquids or to dry objects or materials destroyed by the effects of hot air.
WARNING: Inadvertent starting or unexpected switching on of the heating element
after activation of the thermal relay may cause injury. Ensure that the switch is in
the OFF position when connecting the unit to the mains supply. Turn the unit OFF
when the thermal relay has activated.
WARNING: Danger of injury! The use of an air flow reflection nozzle which is not
suitable for your appliance may result in burns. Only use original accessories for
your model that are mentioned in these operating instructions.
WARNING: Risk of injury and fire. The hot air tool is dangerous for children. Keep
the hot air tool out of reach of children.
DANGER: Danger of overheating the lead! Incorrect placement can lead to an
accumulation of heat and thus damage the appliance. Do not use the device if it is
placed horizontally or facing downwards. The air intake opening and the nozzle
must not be covered. Only use nozzles that are suitable for your device.
