Wittmann Andes Bed Assembly Instructions

Assembly instructions for the Andes bed:
- Unpack the base, headboard, base frame and assembly material.
- Place the feet and base frame on a clean and soft surface (to protect the parts from getting damaged)
- Put the parts together (pay attention to head, foot and side parts) (Picture no. 1).
- Screw the feet together with the flat-head screw M8x16 (pay attention to the accuracy of the fit) (Picture No. 2)
- Place the first upholstered base on the base frame so that the brackets of the base align the inside of the base
frame (Picture No. 4).
- Insert the 2nd base to the base frame alongside of the first upholstered base (Picture No. 5).
- Put in the headboard (picture no. 6).
- Prepare cover and open all zips
- Starting from the top of the headboard, carefully put on the cover over the bed to the foot end of the bed.
IMPORTANT!! Do not pull down the cover at the headboard completely and carefully put on the cover at the
foot end of the upholstered base (see picture no.8, 9 & 10).
- Close the both zips of the foot end (picture no.11).
- Put on the cover on the sides of the base by pressing the felcron tape to the top and bottom of the base (pay
attention to the piping of the cover) (Picture No.12).
- Press on the felcron tape on the lower side of the front oft he headboard.
- Carefully pull the cover over the roundings at the back oft he headboard and close the zip (Picture No. 13 & 14).
- Finish felcron taping of the cover all around the headboard and base
- Screw together the bed on the inside of the base frame using the handle screws (picture no. 15).
