5.3 Handling and transportation

• During handling and transportation, carry the
appliance in its original packaging. The packag-
ing of the appliance protects it against physical
damages.
• Do not place heavy loads on the appliance or
the packaging. The appliance may be damaged.
• Dropping the appliance will render it non-oper-
ational or cause permanent damage.

6 Troubleshooting

Microwave oven interfering with TV reception.
Dim oven light.
Steam accumulating on the door, hot air out of vents.
Oven started accidentally with no food in it.
Problem
Oven cannot be started.
Oven does not heat.

Normal occurrences. These are nota fault.
Radio and TV reception may be interfered with when
microwave oven is operating. This is normal.
in low power microwave cooking, the oven light may
become dim. This is normal.
in cooking, steam may emit from food. Most will
escape from vents. However some may accumulate
on cool areas like the oven door. This is normal.
Do not run the microwave without any food inside. it is
very dangerous.
Possible Reason
1) Power cable is not plugged in
properly.
2) Fuse is blown or circuit breaker
is activated.
3) Problem with power outlet.
4) Door is not closed properly.
5) Turntable and bottom of the
oven is dirty.
Solution
Unplug. Then plug again after 10
seconds.
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker
(repaired by professional personnel
of our company).
Test the outlet with other electrical
appliances.
Close the door properly.
Refer to "Cleaning and
Maintenance" section to clean dirty
parts.
