Automatic Load and Unload System (ALUS)
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
Attaching a fixed or variable height transfer carriage to the ALUS Table,
Sterilizer, or Pass-Through Loading Cart Return Chamber
To avoid damage to the ALUS table end bracket and front panels,
ensure locking lever is turned to the left, green label side.

Some labels may be black instead of green and red
If using a Variable Height Transfer Carriage, adjust height of Transfer Carriage

using preset memory buttons.
Approach sterilizer straight on, NOT at an angle, aligning notch on Loading Car

with arrow above sterilizer door.
Turn locking lever to the right, (red label side), and pull back on
Transfer Carriage handles to ensure it is properly engaged and

locked to Sterilizer, ALUS table or Pass-Through.
Before unloading the Loading Car, visually verify Transfer Carriage
is properly attached. Do not attach Transfer Carriage to sterilizer
front panel or pass-through front panel gap.

Engage locks on Transfer Carriage rear casters and unload Loading Car.

Turn locking lever back to the left, green label side to undock Transfer Carriage.
Resetting the ALUS table After "Failure to Unload" Alarm

Turn manual operation key to the right, wait 15 seconds.

Turn manual operation key to the left, wait 15 seconds.
