9. When cooking acidic ingredients with a PH of less than five (such as vinegar and
lemon juice), ensure they are wrapped in foil.
10. Ensure food does not touch the heating tube during use. Do not cook food that is
too large – this is a fire hazard.
11. When the product is on or cooling, do not touch the stirring blade and other hot
parts in the pot – doing so can scald you.
12. During use, this product gets extremely hot and produces steam – keep hands
and face away when opening the upper cover. Be careful and ensure the upper
cover does not pop open.
13. Before first use, take out the fryer, tray and stirring blade – clean them with
detergent. After cleaning, place them into the fryer and preheat for 10 minutes,
eliminating any lingering odours.
14. During first use, it is normal to see a bit of smoke and smell a slight odour.
15. Only use the accessories provided with this product.
16. Whilst the heating tube is working, there will be a bright light in the machine.
When the machine reaches the set temperature, the tube will stop heating and
the light will temporarily turn off. When the machine drops below the set
temperature, the tube will start heating and the light will turn back on.
17. Fryer is not water holding parts, when the fryer water level is too high will lead
to water leakage, is a normal phenomenon, it is recommended to put the fryer
in the pool to clean, do not put water in the machine.
II. Warning
1. Before plugging in, check the power provided matches the rated power of the
product.
2. If the plug, wire or product is damaged, do not use.
3. A damaged wire must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a
similarly qualified professional.
4. Under guided supervision, this appliance can be used by children aged eight years
and above, provided they understand the potential risks and hazards. Under
guided supervision, the appliance can be used by persons with disabillities or
persons without expeirence, provided they understand the potential risks and

5. Small children must be supervised, ensuring they do not play with the product.
6. During use or when cooling, keep the product out the reach of small children.
7. Keep the wire away from hot surfaces.
8. Do not touch plugs or the product with wet hands.
9. This product must be connected to a grounded socket, ensuring it is inserted
correctly.
10. Never connect this product with an external timer to avoid a hazard.
11. Keep the product away from combustible materials, such as cloths and curtains.
12. Keep the product away from walls and other objects. There should be at least
10cm of free space for the back, sides and top of the product. Do not place
anything on top of the product.
13. Never use this product for anything other than what is stated in this manual.
14. When in use, never leave this product unattended.
15. When frying, hot steam will be released from the air outlet opening – keep hands
and face away. Be cautious of the steam when moving the fryer away from the
product.
16. When using this product, the surface that it's resting on might become very hot.
17. If there is lots of smoke, unplug immediately. Once the smoke has stopped,
remove the fryer away from the product.
