1.Power button
Once the unit is plugged in, the power button will light up. Holding the power button
for two seconds will light up the full panel. Pressing the power button a second time
starts the cooking process – the default temperature is
time is 15 minutes. Pressing the power button when cooking will pause the process –
hold the button for two seconds to shut down the unit. The digital screen will display
'OFF' – the motor will stop working after 15 seconds and the machine will 'beep' three
times.
2.Appointment/Cancellation
• Reservation: After selecting time and temperature, press (2) to begin the
reservation mode – the indicator will flash. Press '+' or '-' to adjust the time, then
press (1) – the machine will start counting down.
• Cancel: Cancel the reservation and other settings. Hold (2) for three seconds to
enter standby mode.
3.Preheating
• Preheating: To quickly warm the fryer when cool, it is recommended to use the
preheat function. Press and hold (3) – the indicator will flash. Press (1) to start
preheating. After preheating, place food into the unit, close the lid, set time and
temperature, then press (1) again.
4. Temperature control
- This lets you raise or lower the temperature by 5 °F (5°C), ranging from 176-400 °F
(80-200 °C).
5. Time control
- This lets you select the exact cooking time to the minute, ranging from 1-60
minutes. All modes (except dehydrating, which uses 0.5 hours) have an operation
time of 2-24 hours.
6. LED digital display
- When cooking, this numeric display switches between temperature and time
remaining.
7-13. Cooking pre-sets
• These pre-sets have a default time and temperature, suitable for foods. You can
override the settings with the time and temperature buttons. View pre-sets on the
next page. Within the first two minutes of any function, you can switch to a different
setting. After two minutes, you will not be able to switch to a different function,
however you can still change time and temperature.
