3. Intended use

This cordless pole hedge trimmer is suitable for
cutting hedges, bushes and shrubs. Caution! Do
not use this equipment to cut grass.
The equipment is allowed to be used only for its
prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to
be a case of misuse. The user/operator and not
the manufacturer will be liable for any damage or
injuries of any kind resulting from such misuse.
Please note that our equipment has not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or

5. Before starting the equipment

Caution! Install the battery only after you have
completely assembled the device and made all
settings. Always wear protective gloves when
working on the equipment to protect yourself
against injury. Carefully unpack all parts and
check that they are complete (Fig. 1).
Use the hedge trimmer guard (Fig. 2, Item 12)
5.1 Fitting the shoulder strap
(Fig. 3): Attach the carabiner hooks (Item 13) of
the shoulder strap (Item 5) to the shoulder strap
attachments (Item 6/14).
5.2 Fitting the tubes
The cordless pole hedge trimmer can be
assembled either with or without the pole
extension (Fig. 2 / Item 9).
5.3 Assembly with pole extension
1. (Fig. 4-5) Make sure that the mounting screws
(Item 16) are on the same side and insert the
tube with motor housing/hedge trimmer (Item
