SET UP/ RESET pushbutton By pressing the pushbutton, The display shows the machine's three operative modes. For more details, see Par. 6.3 - Setting Pressing the button after the display appeared 2 small squares, it restore its function after the intervention of protection circuits.

    English Soft ice-cream machine Z15.069 V01 Preparing production To avoid damages, do not operate machine in dry conditions. The beaters’ packing gland must be positioned correctly onto the beaters' shaft, otherwise the machine internal components will get dirty with mixture or ice-cream. Check that side collection box [23] is in place to prevent water, mixture or ice-cream from leaking inside the machine.

    English Operating instructions Z15.079 V01 Re-assembling O NOT CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS WHEN MACHINE IS POWERED — Re-assemble beater: • reassemble the gaskets [41] and [42] on the spring-guide [39]; • Reassemble the spring [40] and the spring-guide [39], [39B] on the beater shaft [21], by pressing it completely on the blades.

    English Soft ice-cream machine Z15.069 V01 — Re-assemble carburettors: • put gaskets [32] on carburettor [3]; • Insert the carburettors in the respective holes on the bottom of the back-up mixture tubs. Sanitation Sanitation is similar to rinsing, however, it must be carried out with a solution of warm water and food-machine disinfectant, and the carburettors must fitted in the tubs.

    English Operating instructions Z15.079 V01 Avoid PUSHING the dirt on the condenser inside the machine. It is a SUCTION type condenser, therefore dirt accumulates on the outer side and must be removed away from it. All inside parts, which the operator must NOT touch, must be checked by Assistance Service (ref. Par. 8.2). Yearly maintenance Call service Assistance on a regular basis, at least once a year, (according to the conditions in which machine operates) to have a complete check carried out.

Call a qualified technician to replace it. Cause: Power supply cable is damaged. Unplug machine and call Assistance Service. UT POWER OFF BEFORE TOUCHING DAMAGED CABLES Cause: Trouble inside machine.
  • Page 24 English Operating instructions Z15.079 V01 00 alarm code: Cause: following an excessive strenght of the beater, the machine is on the alert to avoid damage to the engine or to the mechanic components. The cause is either: • the cylinders could have been emptied because the mixture in the tubs ran off. There is a layer of ice on the cylinders walls that block the beaters.
