The oven will be shipped from the factory with the correct orifice size for the specific oven model and gas type. When converting between gas types, see Chapter 6, Gas conversion, in this manual.

Digital manometers are not recommended due to the drift of the transducers at the low pressures which are being measured.

    • Return the oven to service. ❖ Circulation fan speed (VFD Adjustment) All EDGE G2 models, except the EDGE-1830, are equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive which can increase or decrease the speed of the circulation fan. Adjustment will affect the pressure of the impingement air within the oven and alter the baking characteristics.

If the TACH 5V and SIG measurements are not correct, replace the iHeat. *Although the SIG is a 50% duty-cycle signal, measurement of Hz by multimeter is difficult due to induced Line noise.

    Is there enough Inlet pressure (there may be a 1~2 inW.C. drop across the valve)? Review the setup procedure in Chapter 5, but most important CALL EDGE for assistance. If High pressure will adjust, but Low will not; the valve may be damaged.
