Installation - U-Line H-10646 Manual

1. Using a forklift or similar equipment, position forks
under the platform structure. Lift the table off the
pallet and move the lift table to desired installation
location. The installation area should be clean and
have good general lighting. (See Figure 1)
2. Locate the separate box that contains the hand
control. This box is located under the primary
packaging material at the end of the base frame.
Remove the hand control with the control cord from
the box. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: The power cord attached to the base
frame is for use with a conventional 115 volt,
(20 amp) receptacle.
3. Insert plug into suitable receptacle.

4. Using the hand control, press the "Up" button to raise
the table to its maximum raised height. (See Figure 3)

5. Run the table up and down several times to
remove any air that may have been trapped in
the hydraulic system during shipment.
ANCHORING
Before operation, the base frame must be
anchored to the floor.
IMPORTANT! Ensure the floor surface is level
before anchoring.
NOTE: Shims may be used on the underside of
the base frame if concrete is not level.
6. Drill a 12 mm diameter hole through the base frame
and into floor at least 76 mm deep at each corner
of the base frame. (See Figure 4)
NOTE: If necessary, mark the holes drilled in
the base frame as a template and move table
with a forklift to allow room for drilling into floor.
When complete, reposition the table.
